2014 HB 66 would mandate dog licensing in every county

tarrantHB 66, sponsored by Delegate Tarrant, proposes to require all counties, including Baltimore City:

NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER LAW, THE GOVERNING BODY OF A COUNTY SHALL ENACT AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE LICENSING OF DOGS IN THE COUNTY.
